RETURN POLICY

Our Store's General Return Policy - In most cases, products shipped from our store can be returned within 3 days of delivery or 30 days of shipment if the delivery date cannot be traced. If your order has been shipped to Brazil or Russia, you can return it to us within 40 days of shipment. After your order has shipped you will receive an email with the shipping date and other details about your order. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
Please contact us before returning a defective product to obtain the return shipping address and further instructions.
3 DAY PRODUCT WARRANTY
Did your product arrive damaged, different or not working? If so, you are protected and can apply, the process is described below.
1. Within 3 days of receiving the product, please contact us with a photo or video explaining the problem and whether you want a refund or replacement.
2. We will review your complaint and contact you if we need more information.
3. If approved, we will refund or resend the product to you, you may also be required to return the product.
Should I send the product back to our store?
Only high value products should be returned. High value is determined by our service team and is usually an item around $70 or more. If it's not of great value, then you don't need to return it and you can keep the defective product.
If we ask you to return the product, we will discuss the most cost-effective way of returning it with you and give you full instructions, including our address. You will receive a full/partial refund after we receive and inspect the product.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and checked your return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned product. We will also let you know if your return has been approved or rejected.
If approved, then the refund will be processed and the credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
