When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
How can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel an order within the first 12 hours of placing it. After this time, your order may have been processed, ready to ship, or already shipped. Once this is in effect, there is nothing we can do about it. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we pride ourselves on prompt service, which includes shipping your order as soon as possible.
What is your return policy?
If there is a problem with your order (defective product, wrong order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help you review your case and, if approved , to send you a replacement. Please do not return anything until we have reviewed the case, our customer service team will review the request and send you further instructions. Our stores reserve the right to refuse any return request.
You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
